Flexible PTO

Flexible personal time off is available to all team members who work 30 or more hours per week. We rely on the value of extreme ownership and expect you to own when to work and when to take time away from work. As part of our policy, managers also must approve time off.

Sick Time

We offer sick time to all team members who work 30 or more hours per week. This includes time for you and your family members so that you can take care of yourself and your loved ones.
